Benepali staying cool.

I’m currently on holiday in Greece & after having transported my 2 Benepali pens here safely in a fab little cool wallet, after 2 days realised the fridge seemed to be switching off every time the room keys was removed. So if we were out all day then the fridge would be off! I’ve spoken to the hotel who say the fridge shouldn’t do that, it should be on all the time so they’re fixing it. In the meantime I’ve put my pen in my daughter’s fridge. Is it now safe to use?

I used one of my pens on day 2 of our holiday.

I’ve googled this & it says if it’s been out of the fridge it’s safe to use for 4 weeks but not to put back in the fridge. Also read that it’s not going to be harmful in any way, just effects the efficacy.

Is also really annoying that everything else in the fridge isn’t cold!

It won’t be harmful, just less effective. If it has been up to room temperature then best to keep it that way.

But remember it must be under 25 degrees, so check the room temperature! Usually bathroom are the coolest.

Thanks for your reply. It’s in my Daughter’s cold fridge now but can’t be sure what the temperature was in our fridge. Hopefully it’ll be ok.
