I don't think anyone has the answers, at least not yet. If they have then I've not heard anyone in authority saying so. I would think the lack of testing doesn't help. Just a matter of hoping for the best by the seem............

So the advice in the green book when the Spring boosters were announced was for immunosuppressed to get the Spring dose, so they were aligned with the rest of the public for Autumn boosters. So it’s always been a plan to offer us an Autumn booster. I’ll certainly be taking up the offer, given how high numbers are climbing, and being on 5 immunosuppressants plus steroid inhalers.
