Hiya Lisa, welcome. I'm sorry you're living with pain. I wonder, are you being properly cared for, by that I mean under a Rheumatologist, & having treatment? It's just with you not mentioning just what you have or any meds. Just as we're each different so is how RD affects us & what's needed to keep us controlled & in as little pain as possible in order to cope with daily life.

Maybe a browse through the NRAS website will give some help nras.org.uk There are lots of personal stories too.

I hope you enjoy being here.

Welcome Lisa 😊 Is it osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis that you have ? Have you seen a rheumatologist and are you on any meds. As nomoreheels has said, have a look at the NRAS website for more info snd help and feel free to ask us anything you like 🤗

Welcome to the forum.Have you been diagnosed with RA ?

If you have and are still in a lot of pain it is suggestive of your RA not being well controlled by your meds. Perhaps you should contact your rheumatology department for advice ?

Hi Lisa. Welcome to the group. You don't say what you have been diagnosed with but if you are in a lot of pain you need to be treated. Are you under a Rheumatologist and been diagnosed with RA? Lovely photo.
