I’ve been taking Imraldi with great results for 15 months and it’s been going great. The last few weeks I’ve had increasing patches of psoriasis. I do have psoriasis but haven’t had a flare in two years and I’ve only ever had small patches on one leg. The patches that are developing are on one palm and under both armpits. I know that Imraldi can cause worsening of psoriasis but I’m surprised it’s take nearly a year and half to do this and that it’s appearing in new places.I’m a bit concerned that it might force a move from a treatment which is working well but I’m trying to control the psoriasis as best I can.
Has this happened to anyone out there? I will contact my gp in the next few days if it starts worsening and also take photos to share with my RA consultant. Any advice?
Thanks

I have been diagnosed with Psoriatic arthritis despite not having had psoriasis for a few years. I am on secukinumab or COSENTYX, maybe your meds need to be changed? There are alternatives so contact rheumatologist is your best bet I think before things deteriorate any further.
I had the same but with Amgevita after six months. It was working really well. I have never shown signs of psoriasis before. Had to stop it,and wait for skin to heal before trying next medication.
Did it get very bad very quickly and cover a large area? Mine has currently appeared but isn’t getting very bad so I’m wondering if I should watch a wait a little. I’ll get my consultants advice but I’m reluctant to jump ship too quickly from a treatment that otherwise is working well.
