Rinvoq, any updates from users?

Hello there,

I am due to start Rinvoq next week as Ilmardi was unsuccessful for me ☹️

Just after some updates/experiences from anyone currently taking it, I can see a few posts from months ago but from people in my position.

If anyone is happy to share how it’s going for them that would be great 👍

Feeling unsure about this one possibly because off the mention of weight gain 😣

Hi! I’ve been on Rinvoq for just over 5 months now. It has been a real slow burn for me but has definitely had an impact. I have been able to reduce steroids considerably and should be off them in the next couple of months. I do still get some pain and stiffness but mainly in small joints now and much reduced. I’ve not really noticed any side effects and as a daily tablet, it is really straightforward. I have gained some weight but that started before Rinvoq and I guess is more likely to be from the steroids. I was told that some people respond to Rinvoq within a couple of weeks and although I didn’t, it has been worth sticking with for me.

Only been on it 2 days but so far so good. I’m on this and gradually reducing my prednisone
