Just 4 days delay taking Tocilizumab...

Due to an infection I had to delay my Toci injection. How can missing my next dose by 4 days cause my body to react with roaming pain, tenderness and joints not working properly. I was a bit surprised at the level of pain and the number of joints that were affected and the speed of it too.

The RA gremlin is back in its cage, but it seems it will get out again at the first opportunity!!

Happy Thursday everyone... and go gently...

Sorry to hear that you are suffering again. It shows how near to flare activity your body is - and how effective your treatment is!

I know the feeling. I missed my Baricitinib medication for 5 days by day 3 things were on the down turn day 5 back to square one . 6 weeks and a steroid injection later thing’s getting back to normal. Frightening how quick things deteriorated. Shows how good the medication is.

No, I haven’t but I did receive a text telling me there may be supply issues during the coming 4 /5 months. Not heard anything more yet.
