My good friend came to know that I have dry eye issue and worry about retinal detachment, she sent over below acupuncture points for eyes and advised me to follow hoping that this will help the condition of my eyes. She emphasized that it is very important to apply some pressure on each point.

Since many RA patients have dry eye issue hence I share it here for those who are interested to do the same.

My husband studied martial arts many years ago, which included some training on accupressure points. If I have a headache he will apply pressure to these points you have marked around my eyes to give some relief (rather than take another pill) .... it really helps. Hope it helps with your dry eyes 👍
