Facebook iS advertising 'B-Cure Laser' for pain. They say it is effective for RA.

It's over £30 a month. I'm interested after a horrendous flare recently, but don't want to waste money.

I haven't tried it. Being a deeply cynical person I tend not to believe the blurb on items for sale on social media or at the back of newspapers and magazines. I would be prepared to change my mind if a trusted source had bought and recommended it.

I don't want to caste aspersions on a private limited company that is on the Companies Register with one shareholder from Israel and sells cosmetic and toilet products but not it appears medical ones but ???? please look it up yourself. Short thing is if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. And £30 a month !Its a professional looking add with a company in Kensington but that could be a letter box drop so I think buyer beware.

Right on ML.....Also remember a while back ....I think it was Judy Dench(?) & Mary Berry ? who were mentioned promoting ?xxxxx...& they weren’t.

But think about it...lasers direct a certain spot......our pain is generated by our wonky immune system ....not an injury....so how could a laser beam help for long?

If it worked surely Private rheumies would be prescribing it?

Buy a bottle of perfume instead!

As Israel is the high tech country of the world and number one for innovation, I would definitely be looking at it. Many medical innovations come out of Israel. They’re way ahead of many countries, particularly the UK.

But, this probably depends on the type of pain and if sports people are using it, it looks like muscle pain which isn’t generally what we have so for that reason, it could be an expensive experiment.

If you do part with money for it then good luck and I hope it works but personally it looks to me like fake endorsements and its a company not been going long. And in fact we don't know if it was developed in Israel just someone from Israel owns the company. So I'm not sure your assumption about it being developed there is correct but perhaps you know more about it? I just looked the company up as previously on here we've had endorsements by Mary Berry amongst other familiar names who've then had to say that their names and photo's were not real and they did not support the product. So again it's buyer beware. I think some nasty people out there all too willing to take advantage of people in pain and offering miracle cures for many things. I'm not saying that is the case with this product just beware and there are ways of checking before parting with money. A person saying it works for them is not the same as it will work for all.

The Company ' Good Energys Ltd' was registered with Companies House as incorporated 28.2.20 no idea if it traded before then under another name but thats the name on the bcurelaser.co.uk page so do you mean it was invented in 2012 or it was traded under another name ?

You're looking at Companies House so will only be applicable to UK companies. They probably listed it as a. English company with an agent in 2020. They may also have operated as sole trader previously so wouldn't be on Companies House and there's no way of knowing that.

I am sure if it cured RA we would all be rushing out to buy one and they would be handed out to us as cheaper then the meds we are all on. I use a TENS machine which helps me on bad days. A few others on here have them as well,

Yes, MedTech is big business! And Israel is one of the leading MedTech innovators - so no surprises the company is based there.

But laser therapy is not a new concept - it has been touted for quite a few years as a possible way of reducing RA pain and stiffness. Importantly, nothing has ever been conclusively proven. In fact, placebos have performed just as well in many instances.

So, yes, I would keep your money in your pocket for now! Maybe buy a cheap TENS machine instead if you don’t already have one 🙂

It sure is. When I lived there I was fortunate enough to meet the lady that found the cystic fibrosis gene. My husband worked at the Weizmann Institute. The innovations from there are legendary

Hi Harry golly seems expensive & like so many here we will go to the end of the earth & back if there’s a promised pain relief!! But I think advise here is wise. Also again I haven’t tried it but there is a similar pain pen with pain relief promises for sale in lloyds chemist, a lot cheaper (sorry can’t remember how much). I have looked at it before but as it’s a pen ‘& I felt it seemed small although I’m sure handy to use.., maybe worth a look. Be cautious I have shelled out for several creams, potions & lotions over the years all of which didn’t hold the promise. Now I stick to the same few that help with a comforting relief. All the best.

There are minimal reviews for it on Amazon but worth a read, I’d stay well away personally. You’d be better off buying a Tens machine x
