Good morning. I have had IBS since my teens. I once ended up in hospital with it, the cramps and vomiting were so bad, that’s when I was diagnosed. One thing which works for me is anti inflammatory tablets and peppermint tea drank whilst sitting upright. A bit odd, the upright thing but works for me. White flour is a sure kick start for my IBS and stress ! I hope you find something that works for you soon x

I find that gently massaging my lower tummy (all over the bowel area) in a clockwise direction can help. Peppermint tea is good for me too and Colpermine (enteric-coated peppermint tablets) can be worth a try.

Sorry I can't be pf much help although have had IBS for 25 +years. All I can say is eat bland foods and be kind to yourself, keep well hydrated whilst trying to remember it will not last forever. x
