Sounds quite tentative, from what I read they didn't quantify how much of a response and if they move the spleen in anyway it affects the anti-inflammatoey response.

And studies done on laboratory animals like rats are renowned for not producing same results when trialled in humans. I use baking soda for acid reflux, and it is a great temporary fix but no more than that.
Thanks for sharing - I believe I read up about this when going through all the possible things I could take to cure to avoid taking RA meds - the meds won through. I also read apple cider vinegar was a cure too - someone wrote a book on that. I shall certainly read to get an update! Thanks again. Stay well 🙂
Dear Hessie, RA can’t be cured but control only. So I don’t believe anyone who say he can cure RA.
Personally, only when Mtx kicked in after about 6 months, then I started to feel better. I tried apple cedar vinegar too but, it didn’t help. Those days I was in so much pain hence I was desperate to try anything which I came across.

I tend to drink soda water a large glass a day and do find for me that my tummy feels better I add a lemon or lime wedge. I got into drinking it with the sicca and find it helps a little.
Just need to be very careful since there is yet to be proved of the benefits. May I know how long you have been drinking it please?
