Does anyone know how to upload photos during a 'Waiting Room' video conference call appointment?
Waiting Room video appointment: Does anyone know how to... - NRAS
Waiting Room video appointment
I’m afraid I don’t know - I sent my photos of my hands to the person I was going to ‘see’ before my video conference. Then last time we were talking last time she took stills of them to add to her records.
So if you call the dept maybe you could arrange to email photos to be added to your notes. Just be sure to put your name, hospital number and the name of the doctor you are seeing on them so that they know who sent them and who they are for.
I’m a technophobe 🙄I’m sure they can help . If not you could email them to them during you appt.
good luck x
You should have a link in the email you’ve been sent. It opens a webpage that has down the bottom a big blue list of ‘rooms’ and you click the one that is relevant to your appointment. Then you put your name and number in and connect into the room ... you wait and they click to let you in.
I hope that helps
I have to upload documents before I get to the “waiting room”. It is on the email with instructions for my appointment.
Thanks for your replies: I have been told that there I can't send photos by email! So the only option is to somehow upload the pics during the Waiting Room appointment through the website itself - but I can't find any information about whether it's even possible.
