Humira side effects: anxiety, panic attacks, depression, scared

I took Humira for 9 months and I was doing better physically because of it with no side effects until one day out of the blue I had panic attacks, scary thoughts, anxiety and a lot more. I felt I was out of control and I was a shell of my self. I stopped humira 4 months ago and I am still suffering from this. I never had a history of this and I am seeing a physiatrist and taking anti-depressants but still not better. Anyone went through this and how long did it take to get better and how? Medication? Please anything helps. I asked doctors they all don’t know. Anyone know how this can be reversed and I go back to my normal life? Please? Thank you
