I was diagnosed with RA when I was only 19. Adopted a veggie diet a few years later then went vegan about 8 years ago. I take 10mg of Methotrexate weekly. Just wondering if there are any other vegans with RA here and if so, what your experience with medication has been.
Any vegans here?: I was diagnosed with RA when I was... - NRAS
Any vegans here?
Yay, i am nice to mert you I am also gluten intolerant which causes major headach do you want to pm?

However, a few years into the treatment I started experiencing side effects that were horrible too and since then, I have been struggling to find the right path on this journey. I am vegan but I don't think food has as much importance as some make out, at least not in my case. In any case, I love animals so would never stop being vegan but...
