Hi is everyone carrying on with their Etanercept injections?

Yes...I have no symptoms so no reason to stop.

Yes, I’ve not been told to stop by my rheumy so will continue to take it until told otherwise. There’s no way I want to risk a flare.

I’ve been debating this question myself and all the professionals are saying to continue but as I’m sure your aware every time we have any infection we stop

To me ,, rightly or wrongly I have stopped for two weeks so far but may change my mind by Monday

It’s a really difficult one

I’d rather have a flare up than get this awful virus 🌸

According to the advice from official sources like NRAS and the rheumatologists society the logic of advising people to stay on their meds is that if you flare you may be more vulnerable to the virus..

Yes I have spent over a year in a flare. Started in January I’m much better and continue to improve. No way will I go back to the way I was. My body was so stressed I was having severely spontaneous reactions needed an epipen, I believe I would be more vulnerable if I flare

Yes, I’m continuing with both Etanercept and Methotrexate.
