Spoke to gp about working with children and taking biologic. He said I am in the higher risk category and working with young children is not ideal for taking precautions but they have not been given any guidelines so has no answers . Still in the dark

Government update is happening as I write this, they are encouraging social distancing and other strategies, you shouldn't be at work.
I have just heard the news update too. It is looking like more social distancing being recommended. Employers being encouraged to allow people to work from home where we can. I am so surprised they have not closed schools yet. Really hope that more guidance is given very soon.
Just heard those you have to have the flu vaccine due to underlying illness should isolate... that’s us

That is us indeed.

What he said was “The group of people who we would want to take this advice particularly seriously are older people above 70, people who in adult life would normally be advised to have the flu vaccination, so these are people with chronic diseases such as chronic heart disease or chronic kidney disease, and also – as a precautionary measure because we are early in our understanding and we want to be sure – women who are pregnant.” Not underlying illness, which RA isn’t classed as anyway 😕
Yes I heard that so shop order in and grounded ! I knew CKD was much higher risk as many drugs are adjusted because of low clearance. But we are lucky as can FaceTime the family. My husband has cancelled golf and bridge club so we're going to talk after 43 years. lol xx
My son a GSL has cancelled for the first time in 100 years of his Scout Group all meetings and camps. This is the hidden human aspect. He has a small baby and it breaks my heart not to visit for cuddles and they can't come here. Sad evening now.

I thought they said limit your social contacts, no large gatherings or crowds etc, not isolate.
shall we all scream together !?! nah, we'll just get on with it and muddle thro' xx
