Good appointment with Rheumatologist today

I had my check up this morning with my rheumatologist. I’m having a bit of a flare up due to viral chest infection so my appointment came at a good time as pain in hands and feet keeping me awake at the moment.

I’ve had a steroid injection to calm everything back down. Referral made to podiatrist, medication recommended for Raynaud’s and to carry on with my current medication regime for RA.

Tweaks can be made if needed.

Overall a really positive appointment. Having a rheumatologist who listens makes such a difference doesn’t it.
