Have I found something for my hands

Well I have over the years used Heaven Skincare and reading an article by Deborah who owns it she said Psoriasis can be helped with her bee polish and LIA serum. Now lucky me had 2 trial sizes left when I searched the bathroom and started yesterday a testing session with them.

Sunday my sore sore hands are calmer and feeling just better in themselves.

I know what I need to buy if this keeps going, as I have bought vaseline, nuetrogena, steroid creams, pred, baby oil and that is to name just a few!

only day 2 but sometimes thinking outside the box helps on the small annoying things to find a remedy.

Yes your right , I even made my own balm with cayenne pepper and ginger and black pepper with a few essential oils added , it smells nice and because it’s oily my hands get a good massage 😊

I find Hydromol Ointment (on prescription) works wonders on all skin problems. Would also use it instead of soap. Dermatologist recommended. Hope today is good one Deebs x
