Hi, Lavender!

When I went for PT a couple of years back they used it on me and I really felt it worked for me. When PT stopped I got a machine from the pharmacy. It cost about $50 but did not work the magic. Maybe now there’s better machines out there. I’ve now got a script to go back to PT so I’m hoping they use the TENS again.

I've got one and to begin with it helped quite a bit although I think it was only that the vibration of the tens machine that was a distraction from the feeling of pain. However after a few years like that, it seemed to stop helping the pain. Also it can sometimes be difficult to keep them on depending on what clothes you happen to be wearing.

I have also tried a Paingone pen but it did nothing for me at all. I think the only way for you to find out is to try one as we are all so different.

I to have used a tens machine but really did not help even if it did it is such a lot of muddly wires hanging out every which way I don't think I would bother unless it made a vast difference but it is worth a try it just might be good for you. Good Luck 14Pennyx
