Hi everyone
Just a quik question as I am reading Barbara Allens book on Conquering Arthritis. Have any of you had an alcat blood test? This test is for food intolerance.

For Celioc no idea what it was caled though. Posative but still have RA and take Azarathopne.
Hi yes I had the Alcat test in January this year. It did show up some intolerances and I've since avoided those things but my RA didn't improve one bit unfortunately. I think I've seen it said on this forum that some people respond to dietary changes when dealing with RA and some don't. Unfortunately I'm the latter!! Just something to note - the test was expensive.
Yes. Took the 150 item panel for food, medicines, molds and coloring. It has helped a lot with health items in general, but I developed the 9 autoimmune diseases after I started avoiding what was the worst for me, so I think it is personal how you will react...
I have had several Food allergy tests including Alcat and have become quite the expert on them with studies also done by my Scientist Daughter who has a PHD in study of disease. The Alcat test is not very accurate when compared to CYREX labs in AZ. That is our opinion
