Does anyone have experience with this drug that you wouldn't mind sharing. I'm interested to know:
• how long it to took work
• did it raise your potassium levels
• did you have to go on a low potassium diet
• did it raise your blood sugar
Or any other experiences you'd like to share. I can't find many people who have been on for reasons other than transplant patients, so I'm interested to hear of others who have used it for arthritis or inflammatory conditions.

Hi - tap Home option bottom of your screen, then use the Search option at top of your screen to carry out a search of this drug. You should see results if anyone has posted. Good luck
I've never heard of it but have the same with Azarathopine which I found on Versus Arthritus as aslo have AKD stage 4. my RA consultant gave me the leaflet so might be worth looking at Versus Arthritus.
Hi, I have used an ointment called Protopic which had 0.1% Tacrolimus in it and was considered very potent. I used the Protopic ointment on my face as I had psoriasis issues and I was advised to use the ointment sparingly. It did sting quite a bit but it did help and I didn't have to use it for too long. Also advised not to get too close to the eyes with the ointment. Interestingly I am having a flare up at the moment and my face requires some treatment with the ointment. As regards to your questions, not sure on the potassium levels, I did not have to go on a low potassium diet and I did not have to check my blood sugar levels. It took about 3/4 days to help my skin issues. Hope this helps with your questions.
