NRAS Group Meetings— Week Commencing 25th March 2019

Worcester NRAS Group

Meetings in 2019 will be held on the last Tuesday of every other month from 6.45pm - 8.30pm at Lyppard Hub in Ankerage Green, Warndon Villages, Worcester WR4 0DZ.

26th March - Guest speaker: Stephanie Owen Podiatrist from SO Podiatry will present: 'The affect of rheumatoid arthritis on feet and how to manage and cope with foot pain'

Croydon NRAS Group

The Croydon NRAS group hold meetings at Purley United Reform Church Hall, 906 Brighton Road, Purley, Surrey, CR8 2LN from 7:00pm-8:30pm.

28th March - 'Exercise in RA, principles and a little practical' by Beverley Jerome, Rheumatology Practitioner at Croydon University Hospital

West Dorset NRAS Group

2019 meetings held at Dorchester Community Church, Liscombe Street, Poundbury, Dorchester, DT1 3DF on the 4th Thursday of every other month from 7:00-8:30pm.

28th March - Guest speaker: Lorraine Price from NRAS will be presenting an update on the work of the Charity.
