Has anyone tried this diet? It’s quite restrictive and it could work I suppose but I think it’s pretty hard to maintain.
Plus: NO COFFEE! Whaaaaat?

Hi Nablur....If your heart's not in it...don't bother.
I have read about this diet & I know there is no way on this earth I would have the willpower to stick to it.
As I have said a million times before if - after controlled testing - any of these restrictive diets worked well , don't you think doctors would recommend them .......and save the NHS a fortune?
However, if you have more pain or other symptoms after eating a particular food it would seem sensible not to eat it for a while.....then slowly reintroduce it & see how you feel.
You never know...you may be able to introduce the Nablur Diet?
I kept up with it too long. Caused many problems. It depends very much on your underlying condition. For me cutting down on carbs to the extent required was not a good idea. This has happened to many trying this diet. Yes I missed coffee terribly as well as bread. I have now found a diet that suits my individual needs where in fact coffee has a therapeutic effect. I am still eliminating gluten and dairy all oils except for coconut oil and olive oil as well as all processed foods, eat very little raw vegetables.
The diet did seem to work wonders in the beginning until it backfired very badly
