I don't have RA but an auto inflammatory disease and I tried AIP very tightly for a good 9 months. When I introduced foods back in I noticed differences so it worked to some degree. I do think that the tenets of it are helpful but I found it generally overly restrictive and a modified paleo diet to he more appropriate for me personally.
