New Rheumatologist

I am looking for a rheumatology team can anyone recommend the departments in Milton Keynes or Rugby? Or any others in this area.

Any feedback much appreciated.

Hi Stormpetrel, I used to go to the one at Milton Keynes and wasn't at all happy with the rheumatologist I saw there for many reasons so I left. However, I now know that she is no longer there so I cannot tell you what the team is like now. Also the nurses there were only accessible on two mornings a week and often not even that.

I go to Northampton General Hospital where I have found all the doctors and nurses in the dept helpful and friendly, but the waiting time to see them is very bad and it is sometimes a year between appointments. The nurses there are available all the time by phone and if they don't answer when you ring, they get back to you within 48 hours. However, I don't suppose you will ever get a perfect one.

Hi, I have been attending Warwick Hospital Rheumatology Department for a year. So far have been treated with care and respect by the consultants and nurses. Its not far from Rugby
