well folks many thanks for your help for one this as happened b4 i seem to b in remission things that WAS IMPOSSIBLE are getting done standing up out chair still wobbly but can do it walk to kitchen without frame done outside nearly to that bin where meds are going still shake rattle roll but did it feel on top of world EVEN nearly tied shoelace but thats the weight nobody but yourself know about your mobility UTTERLY UTTERLY horrible to sat in chair asking for things looking out of window that fly that lands near you and i cant SPLAT IT now my ???ssare anyone been in same position say in/out of remission or all give your say even helix thanks now if you do going to rename this Lourdes to us left footers
