Rituximab and Anxiety

Hi Sweetcandy.

I have had two infusions of this Biologic drug and have not experienced any adverse side effects.

In the past I have suffered with chronic anxiety and worked on a support helpline for people with this dreadful problem.

We tend to get in to a "fear of fear" situation and find it difficult to break this cycle of events, but it can be done I assure you.

Don't be too hard on yourself ! you are dealing with a natural reaction to your bodies fight or flight response, try to accept these horrible feelings and thoughts and the will eventually go away.
