Hope it’s easing off now, I’ve had hand swelling beyond comprehension recently and usually subsides within a day. Nerves were involved with mine too, and could hardly move fingers! Hope you managed to get some rest all the best to you

Oh that does look painful, Deejojo. When mine were like that I found that gently squeezing a hot wheat bag or bathing them in hot-ish water with Epsom salts in really eased things. Applying something cold like well-wrapped frozen peas has also worked for many but I'm a wuss and hate cold. Wishing you better
