Being brave

Hi everyone I'm sorry I haven't been on for a long time but I do read things form time to time but I've always thought I'm ok im not that bad. I was diagnosed last Feb after a rocky start with meds everything was going well just on 400mg hydroxychlorquine then before Xmas sleeping on my side started to hurt it's both hips and always in the middle of the night started getting worse in the last month so now take 2 naproxen with my dinner this works I've seen my rheumy and I'm now waiting for a MIR scan. I've felt a bit nervous posting this so being brave has anyone else experienced this please let me know

Welcome again. Lots of people just 'lurk' on the site and get some comfort from knowing that they are not alone coping with this condition. Most of us are 'coping OK' most of the time and don't have anything to post either to say how wonderful we are feeling (because we're not) or how awful we're feeling (again because we're not). We're just 'managing'.

Thank you for your reply I guess that's all we can do is manage and come to terms with change this condition brings to our lives
