Can no longer use my right hand anymore. Started with dull numbing from elbow down over a year ago but now I cannot coordinate fingers or use hand to grip or lift or write. Nobody knows what's wrong with me and its driving me insane. Any advice to research would be great

Help
Go and see a doctor, & don't be fobbed off with feeble excuses. Insist they do something about it, keep pushing them & don't take no for an answer.
Insist on a MRI. X-RAY
Good luck
If your main complaint is numbness then I would think Neurology will be able to give you answers. Actually I'm surprised that wasn't the first thought, numbness suggests nerve involvement, maybe entrapment somewhere. The ulnar nerve being pinched (Cubital Tunnel Syndrome) is often the culprit where elbows are concerned, sometimes the neck too but these are only guesses of course. You've no numbness in your hand or fingers? If you do you may have trapped the median nerve (CTS or Carpal Tunnel Syndrome). If it's advanced it can travel into your elbow & even shoulder, as I experienced before CT release.
A few things for you to chew on!
