With have pain in both bicepts without any exercise. Shoulders to elbows. Can any one help? My name is Lynne and was expected with fibromyalgia in 2000, but had it 20 years prior. On pain med.oxy. But doesn't help my arms.Lynne31

That was suffer with pain and diagnosed with

Ask your doctor to try you on Gabapentin. I take just 400 mg at night. It also helps me to sleep better.

When I had severe pain last year, with no analgesia touching it, my Bone Specialist did a load of blood tests & found that I was very deficient in Vit D. I have been taking Colecalciferol since last July. I have felt better from the pain point of view. I am due to have my bloods done again soon.

I found that Amiteiptyline at night helped that problem. Definitely worth speaking to your GP about extra help.

10mg of amiteptyline knocked me out for 3 days. I couldn't wake up. Could this pain in both arms shoulders to elbow be part of the flu? Thank you Lynne31
