Leave it injection out of the fridge 30 mins before had it's less stingy then good luck amy

Yes the nurse will go through things with you. I was on Humira 11 months, unfortunately it didn't work for me.

Yes as Amy65 says take it out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before use, it helps with it possibly stinging. If it does, my Rheumy nurse suggested taking an antihistamine before. I found using the tummy area the best place, remember to alternate the side and area. Good luck with it my lovely. X Rie
