Tens Units
Here is one I use: amazon.com/gp/product/B007T...
I've purchased a few of these as gifts for my family. They are just as powerful as anything I've used at chiropractic places that charge $40 visit. A great buy for the money. This device is way better than the crap they sell in the drug isle at Target or Walmart. And the company even replaced a broken unit with no questions asked. Hope this helps.
I use tense, helps little bit but not taking pain off... taking edge off. Depend which kind pain. Migraine relief was good. So try
Hi, I used to use one many years ago for lower back pain and sciatica, it wasn’t a cheap one ether, I found it really irritating and it didn’t help me at all. I still had the pain and I had an annoying electric shock effect too.
Earlier in the year I bought a cheap one for my husband who is waiting for a hip replacement. I got a remote control one and he has used it a lot. He still hasn’t had his op but he isn’t using it as much says he is in a ‘different kind of pain’ he says it was very good for nerve pain but not so good for what he has now.
I also sent a cheap one to my son who lives overseas and who has just had a big op to replace C5&6 vertebrae, before he had his op he was having numbness in his arm and leg and he found the TENS machine was good. He and a friend with lower back pain (don’t think it worked well for his friend’s lower back pain either) were staggered at how cheap it was over here in the UK.
So I think as long as it is for the ‘right sort of pain’ it will work whether or not it is cheap, otherwise I don’t think it will work and not because it is cheap.
