Pins needles on skin on chest bone

Hi hope everyone is having a pain free weekend

I woke up this morning with a sore stomache into my chest then all day I have had pins needles on the skin on my chest bone has anybody else experienced any of this and does anybody know what it might be thanks if you can give me an answer

Have you got sore ends to your ribs where they join the breastbone too?

If you have it may be due to inflammation at those joints - costochondritis, which a lot of people with RD get.
