I finally got a phone call back today , I've only been waiting 3days and it was a waste off time as they weren't concerned so I'm putting all my energy into fighting this infection and getting through my impending operation 👎

From the start I had a telephone number for the nurse specialists which you were invited to call anytime and expect a reply within two days. That eventually stretched to five days. I have had a mild flare in my joints again recently and contacted them this time via e-mail as I have in the past and the replies have been quicker. Three weeks tomorrow since i wrote and still no reply. i hope you hear soon.

They got back yesterday but that was only because I phoned again then she had the cheek to complain that they weren't kept in the loop by my GP, I politely but firmly explained that I don't get involved in the politics off it all and I just concentrate on making my self better😡
