Hi thanks for all the kind messages I have received
I am home now, I left hospital yesterday exactly 72 hours after going in, any problems were cleared up
Ive been exercising this morning on edge of bed and had a walk round
then resting with ice and so on
I have very little pain, the odd twinge now and again but I am keeping my pain relief topped up, I'm taking tramadol and paracetamol at present which is keeping any pain at bay
Just a fair bit of hard work now getting the bending to work
Thanks again Derek

don't know about brave, and I'm whinging quite a bit aswell, but we will get there, I'm really positive whats the point of all this and then not doing my bit towards it
Great that you're home. It's the bends that are the difficult part - ice, stay on top of the pain, do your exercises and within a matter of weeks, all being well, you'll be dancing!
Brilliant news Derek. You've done so well. Yes, getting moving is important but wou will remember to rest won't you. Ooops sorry. Nearly started clucking there
