I also have a bone spur on my manubrium and hand with a node on my other hand.but i get this locking in my neck wrists knees and ankles when i move them and it feels like total weakness could this be an RA related thing? I'm also 18 so this could be early signs

New symptoms may be RA
Yes it is unusual to get bone spurs and nodes at such a young age, but we can't diagnose what you have as you do need to see a doctor. Even with locking of neck it does sound far more like osteoarthritis, but why this has been triggered needs to be investigated. And it would need assessment to determine what would be the best form of treatment as it's not automatic that surgery is the best option.
In the meantime while you're waiting for a doctors appointment you could try to do as much self help as you can. So look up the type of gentle hand exercises that would help improve flexibility, and maintain strength, and also keep the rest of you as fit as you can. It may be that because you are worrying so much you are forgetting to look after yourself, and not moving about as much as you need to which is why you have other bits of you feeling weak.
Think too about diet, as eating well does make a big difference to some people - and can't do any harm! So a simple diet with lots of vegetables and no processed food can really help.
The symptoms and signs that you have given here don't sound much like early onset RA, but you need to find out what is causing them. If have worries about your health, it is important to discuss them with a professional. Looking up symptoms on the internet is often a recipe for panic as many of us here have found!
Impossible to say tbh without bloods etc you don't mention pain/swelling at all?
Oh, yes. Pain in all my finger joints that's sharp and sometimes burns and i get this annoying grinding sensation when my fingers are still too long and i move them slowly. I get that feeling in my knees and toes and ankles. Worsend with more activity and lessened when asleep although the stiffness i get when waking up is very uncomfortable but less painful
