Grinding hip pain

This pain in my hips is getting unbearable. It's on the inside are of that joint and it's just grinding. It's like a throb but feels worse (if that makes sense).

4 wks back on mtx and had a IM steroid over a week ago but no sign of improvement. Knee is also bad.

Little joints are achy but those big ones are proper bad.

Anyone have any tips to help the pain?

Yes go back to doc, grinding might be the bones rubbing together so you might need another X-ray and follow up X

I would suggest you go to the doctors and ask for a X Ray on your hip to determine the cause of the pain.
