Sorry to hear things are so retched at the moment.

I use the 4Head stick as soon as a headache starts and it seems to do the trick for me. My migraines are linked to my eye condition not RA meds and avoiding too much bright lighting also helps.

I am so sorry that you are still having such awful side effects. Have you talked to your rheumy nurse or consultant about this. Sometimes it is suggested that you increase your folic acid, split the methotrexate dose (I appreciate that this is not something you can do because you are on injections) or take other medication (called an anti-emetic) to help with the nausea . I would suggest that if you have tried these ways of trying to manage the side effects and that things haven't improved that possibly a change of DMARD may be the way forward although if the methotrexate is working well as far as your RA is concerned, I am sure you would be reluctant to do that. Hiya lorraine thanks for yr reply, I haven't been on mtx since Christmas due to how bad it made me feel. I feel so sick and headaches all the time. I think I am now in a flare due to no medication, I have hospital on Thursday so I am praying he can help me x
