Transient RA?

I saw Rheumy nurse yesterday and she said I have what they call Transient RA? I know that to mean that there's this pain that travels around my body alighting where it wills; causing pain and swelling, where my joints just do not work. BUT the day I go see the powers that be (that need to see how bad or good I am) I'm really well no pain!!Ahhhh. today I can't straighten out my fingers, my wrists are sore my ribs ache and I'm very tired even though I went to bed at 9.30 last night and had a reasonable rest.

Does anyone or has anyone else been told this? I was diagnosed RA 6 years ago and inject 17.5 MTX
