Hi all , any suggestions for over the counter remedies for a bad cold 😔 was suppose to have my methotrexate injection today but couldn't face it ... I'm on methotrexate , Salazar hydroxy

Usual advice for a cold is paracetamol, lots of fluids & rest. Olbas oil/Vicks or similar can help clear a stuffy nose - or even just putting a towel over your head and breathing in the steam from a basin of hot water.

Some bland moisturiser around your nose can help avoid the 'Rudolph' look.

I'd check with your pharmacist before taking any decongestants as they can interact with other drugs.
