Good afternoon everyone. I am down here in Cornwall and my diseases won't give me a break at all. I am tired and exhausted. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day all round as i am going to see a friend.xxxx

Sorry to hear that Sylvi. I would have thought a change in surroundings would have been just the ticket. Never mind, I'm sure you'll have a nice day tomorrow catching up with your friend. x

I hope so too. Have a good evening, and hopefully tomorrow will bring you sunshine and a positive day.

So sorry you are not well on your holidays, such a shame as you must have been looking forward to it so much. Hope things improve in your second week, hugs, lynda xxxx

So sorry to hear that. Are you able to pause and capture any moments of enjoyment /beauty that you can hold on to?

So sorry to hear that, it's so frustrating when you've planned something and your illness gets in the way. I really hope you feel better soon, try not to put to much pressure on yourself and remember that there will be times you're feeling differently. Hope you enjoy the Cornish scenery :) take care x

I hope your feeling better today than you have been are there for another week or travelling home today, either way hope it's a better day for you. Xx

I'm sorry, Sylvi. It's so hard, isn't it? Sometimes we just can't catch a break. I really hope that today is a better one for you and that you can enjoy your holiday a bit more. RA doesn't always take a holiday or when it does, it's never at the right time which is so frustrating. Take it easy. :)

I went to see my friend and had a lovely afternoon with her. We went out to lunch this lunchtime and came back and sat on the balcony and rested and i went to bed for an hour. My hands still feel sore but i feel a bit brighter even if my joints don't like,i don't care. Hugs to all.xxxxx
