What a terrible dilemma for you.Are there any drugs that would be less damaging to your lungs? That's the question I would be asking. If not, it doesn't sound like there is an alternative. Really difficult situation for you , can you ask for advice from your GP?

Try and get as much advice as you can from your rheumy/GP/lung specialist. Then you will be able to make the right decision that is best for you.I wish you the very best of luck, it must be so difficult with these drugs when you have other health problems.

Can only reiterate what others have said and wish you all the best. Marie

Hi mattcass,

sorry that you are in such a dilemma. Can only re-iterate what everyone else has said and get as much info and advice as you can before making the decision. Whatever you decide to do, all best wishes,

Beverley

That is a hard decision. Can you write down all the pros and cons then ask questions of the drs? That way you are getting an informed decision from everyone involved and you may then be abel to make decision
