just had my first full days at work cleaning the kitchen, today is the first day of cooking, hands a bit puffy this morning, and very tired, but lets see how i get on today, could be sleep sleep and more sleep this afternoon,

i am very very very tired this afternoon hands are puffy and sore, so think bath and some thing to eat then sleep sleep and more sleep
