Would it not be worth a trip to the doctors, I know sometimes when I awake and try to reach out for something to hold on to, I find I can't reach either lol and yes I have fallen on the. Floor because of it.

I used to have this. Had to use one arm to lift the other!

Worth talking to GP. Mine got better when my meds were sorted out.

Could be useful to move it about at times when it feels OK to do so.

Just following on from what Philip and Phoebe have said, it is best to get it checked over, so I would suggest a visit to your GP too.

Ask for a physio referral. They can do wonders for shoulders like that, and also teach you exercises you can do to avoid it happening so badly again. Some areas allow you to self-refer to physio, so thats worth a try.
