hope they are not to painful and the result is fantastic, havent had them but my father in law has but not for ra but damaged spine, he had great results.

Had four spinal injections a month ago and they have really helped a lot. I can now walk better and that severe pain is no longer. Hope you too get relief take care Michelle.

It didn't happen couldn't lay on my front because of my knees and they wouldn't give me any sedation

I hope you get lots of relief from them. I have had them done twice now - the first time was absolutely brilliant, and the effect lasted a full 6 weeks, if not longer. The second time (in a different area) I really didn't feel any better at all once the anaesthetic component of it had worn off after a couple of days. A friend of mine gets about 6 areas done at once and always gets good results from them, so we are all different.
