I guess we can all relate to this rain and damp weather is my worst enemy for sure.... I hurt so much today feel like staying in bed.... Any tips for helping with the pain in damp weather?

OK granny was right. I wear thick tights at just £2 a pair form Matalan under my trousers which are the fluffy type inside. Keep warm and put on heating to get rid of the damp. Yes it costs but don't get cold or damp. If out in this weather then change on getting home and keep your head dry also.
