Are there any on-line rheumatology department review sites?

I've just moved to a different area and been given the choice of two different health authorities to handle my RA and treatment, Pinderfields or Chapel Allerton and I'm not sure which to go with. Cheers! xx

Thanks, had a look and it is helpful but just general reviews. A couple of years ago I found a rheumatology department review site and even added my review for the hospital I attended but it has vanished.

There used to be one on HU where you could put your experiences but now Id just put up a request and correspond by message

Chapel Allerton specalises in rheumatology - as far as i understand it is one of the biggest in UK if not in Europe and receives a lot of Arthritis Research funding. So should be very much at the forefront of things. The only drawback I can see is that as a large institution you might not get to see the same people. Don't know anything about Pinderfields rheumatology. I go to Harrogate NHS FDT and the rheumatology department is excellent - although like all i suspect very busy.

Thanks everyone, it's a tough decision but I think I will go with the one that is nearest as I don't drive and have to get public transport everywhere. Chapel Allerton is excellent but I think it will just be too hard to get to especially if I'm not feeling well. I have to make my own appointment on line so unless there is a ridiculous wait for the local one (Pontefract associated with Pinderfields) I'll go there. xx
