Oh gees I am now off to Harlow for a medical for the insurance company - they still haven’t settled the claim from my car accident they are trying to wriggle out of claim saying hip problem is RA - I don’t think so !!! ah well wish me luck - they could have found a consultant a bit closer its a 130 mile round trip from here sees ya later

Well that was a load of rubbish all that way for 25 minutes of questions - which I could have answered on the phone and the traffic was just stupidly busy grrrrrr feeling tired now
