What does HAQ score of 1/63 mean please?

My latest 'outcome notes' from my last rheumy appt show this and I don't really know what the numbers indicate. Can anyone help please?

Thanks I think you're right in that the initials refer to Health Questionnaire but the numbers confuse me. Later on in the letter the rheumy says my score indicates moderate to severe disability but he doesn't explain what the numbers represent. Annoying for someone as nosey as me!
