Hi Joanne, if you select your username on your toolbar at the top there's a little arrow and it drops down a menu and you then select messages, then select new conversation. Or, if you select the person you want to message from a post it will bring up their profile and under their name on the left hand side is send message.

Can someone please tell me how to reply to a message as I can't seem to find the reply button on a message I've received. I know I've done it before ... I must be going mad!!!! Thanks Rx

You hit on the received message and then scroll down to the bottom you should see another box where you can reply to it. Be careful as you may think you are there as there is a small box where you can add another person. You may do so inadvertently and you would not want that to happen!!

You can also click on the name of the person you want to message and click 'send a message' on the right hand side of their profile, under their profile pic.
